All winning bids are subject to a 10% Buyer’s Premium, added to the final auction price. This fee covers administrative costs associated with our auctions. Please note, all bids are final, and items are sold as-is. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and are responsible for the disassembly, removal, and any associated costs such as freight, handling, and taxes where applicable.
Any invoice not settled by the next business day from the sale day will incur a 15% account reinstatement fee. Repeated failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in account penalties:
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases. Buyers with a valid tax-exempt status must submit their exemption certificates via fax to 559-223-4459 or email to support@elagavewholesale.com.
Items purchased through our “Buy It Now” option require immediate payment before removal from sale and finalization of purchase.
Full payment is due by the end of the auction day or the following business day. We accept the following payment methods:
Please note, international credit cards, cash, personal, or business checks are not accepted.
For added flexibility, we offer financing and payment plans through platforms such as Klarna, Snap Finance, Affirm, Afterpay. These options allow you to manage your payments over time while securing your purchases promptly.
By participating in our auctions, you agree to abide by these payment terms. Non-compliance with payment obligations will result in legal responsibility, and any disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Fresno, California.
